Nervous? the way to Ditch Pre-Event Performance Jitters



Big presentation at the office? It’s okay to have pre-speech jitters—it happens to everybody at some purpose. However, reframing the method you think that regarding being nervous will improve your performance, in line with a replacement study.

“Biologically, stress is meant to assist you spring into action,” says author Jeremy Jamieson, PhD, professor at the University of Rochester.
